Flow and Restore

This class combines gentle flow practice and restorative passive holds. The first part of the class will offer a nurturing and gentle vinyasa flow, building subtle heat in the body, connecting body and breath. The practice will then gently shift toward a focus on stillness and grounding with restorative and yin shapes. This class is appropriate for all levels, no experience is needed.
