This beginner-friendly, donation based class invites you to reconnect with yourself through gentle, somatic inspired movement, mindful breath, and deep rest - supporting balance in body, mind and spirit. Each practice is an invitation to be present, listen inward and cultivate embodied awareness. Open to all levels and beings!
