Spend the evening in a state of deep release and relaxation. Yoga Nidra ,also referred to as non- sleep deep rest or yogic sleep, is a guided meditation that leads one toward a state between wakefulness and sleep. This practice serves to induce a deep sense of physical, mental and emotional well being.
After finding a comfortable lying down position, expect to be guided through a process consisting of intention setting, breath work, imagery and self awareness.
This practice will be enhanced with periods of sound bath of vibration from singing bowls with notes corresponding to specific energy points in the body.
Dress in comfortable clothing, ready to release and relax. No yoga experience is required. This is appropriate for all levels.
