Yin/Restorative with Thai massage

Soften into the transition of the season with a 90 minute practice merging yoga and Thai massage. If you're unfamiliar with Thai body work, expect assisted in passive stretches to access more space in the joints and tissues. This workshop will begin with a gentle warmup to prepare the body for longer held yin poses and supported restorative poses. While in longer held shapes, Katie and Melissa will be offering hands on Thai massage inspired assists to deepen relaxation of muscles, free the joints, and invite the body to further soften. Practice will end with an extended assisted savasana and optional aromatherapy.
