Performance Lab free assessment / Service

The Performance Lab is visiting Kosha to offer free services as an introduction of their offerings to the community. Schedule your time slot to try them out! offerings include:

• 10-15 min Injury Assessment/PT sessions, including cupping, dry needling, massage, and stretch 
• Sign-ups encouraged but walk-ins welcomed
• Normatec compression equipment for arms, legs, and hips 
• Hyperice Venom heat/vibration for back/shoulder/neck 
• Red light therapy for elbow, knee, ankle joints
• Theracube for heat/ice anywhere 
• Smart Goggles for head massage, relaxation, sleep enhancement  
• Zero gravity chairs
