Gentle morning flow

This gentle flow invites students to shift inward by guiding prana and movement to find a higher sense of awareness both on and off the mat. Rooted in Kripalu yoga philosophy, this practice serves as a pathway of self-inquiry, compassion, and awakened living through embodied movement. All levels are welcome.
