Finding ease and alignment in your yoga practice

This interactive workshop is for all levels whether you’re a beginner or revisiting postures, building a clear and confident foundation in the most common yoga poses. We will focus on how to safely and effectively align the hips and spine as well as an overview of their anatomy and why they move in certain directions for different postures. You’ll learn essential alignment and ways to modify, steadiness and stabilization principles that will help you practice with greater ease, strength and longevity!
