Come hit the refresh button! If winter has you feeling sluggish, unmotivated, or disconnected from your body, this practice is for you. This special vinyasa-based class will touch on the whole body. Practice will incorporate energizing pranayama (breath work), twisting and spinal undulations, and core focused movements to stimulate the digestive and lymphatic systems, stoke internal Agni (fire element) and clear stagnant energy. The room will be warmed. Come ready to move, sweat and smile! Green juice will be available post practice to rehydrate and refresh.
